Jiggly Aquarium Pops
Dive into edible ocean fun with these playful, jiggly pops! Perfect for kids’ parties, summer snacks, or just because—who can resist a wobbly aquarium you can eat?
What You’ll Need:
2 cups clear apple juice or white grape juice
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Gummy fish, sharks, or ocean-themed gummies
Blue food coloring (optional, for that “ocean water” look)
Edible glitter or shimmer dust (optional, for magical sparkle)
Silicone molds or small clear cups
Popsicle sticks (if making pops)
Let’s Make Waves!
Warm the “Water” – Heat 1 cup of juice in a saucepan over low heat until warm (not boiling!).
Dissolve the Gelatin – Sprinkle in the gelatin and whisk until completely smooth—no lumps allowed!
Mix & Sweeten – Stir in the remaining juice, honey/sugar (if using), and a drop of blue food coloring for that deep-sea vibe. Add edible glitter for extra sparkle!
Create Your Aquarium – Drop 1-2 gummy sea creatures into each mold or cup. Arrange them like they’re swimming!
Pour & Set – Carefully fill molds with the gelatin mixture. Add popsicle sticks now if making pops.
Chill Out – Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (or until firm and jiggly).
Pop & Enjoy! – Gently remove from molds and watch them wobble. Take a bite—if you can resist playing with them first!
