What You Need:

1 banana

Nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)

Crushed cereal (Cheerios, Rice Krispies, or granola)

Optional: mini chocolate chips, honey drizzle, or chia seeds
How To Make It:

Peel the banana and spread a thin layer of nut butter all around it.

Roll it in crushed cereal or toppings of your choice.

Slice it into “sushi-style” bites.

Serve with a smile and maybe a tiny set of chopsticks for fun 🥢
It’s healthy-ish, hands-on, and easy enough for the kids to help make themselves. Plus, it’s portable for those mornings when you’re buzzing out the door 🐝💨
